Calls are charged at 10 pence per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks and mobiles may cost more. This minimal charge pays just enough to cover the cost of handling your incoming call, calling the other party and storing the recording.

2: Enter the number to call

You can do this as soon as the call has connected to save time!

This must be a UK landline number that starts 01 or 02; calls to certain 08 numbers will automatically route the underlying 01 number however most non-geographic numbers are not supported. Calls to mobiles will be supported in the future.

3: Download Your Recorded Call

At the end of the call you will hear your unique download code, you then have to enter that code on this website to download the call you just recorded.

4: Optional Transcription

With all calls that last longer than five minutes you will be given the option to purchase a transcription of the call.

Transcribing a call costs £1.00 per audio minute and transcriptions are delivered in spell checked, formatted and punctuated Word format within 72 hours.

Transcription of any recorded phone call over five minutes long can be easily purchased through PayPal for just £1.00 per audio minute; this is one of the more competitive rates in the UK for transcription with a 72 hour turnaround and no commitment!
